Product Links Maintenance Product Links Maintenance
Product Links Maintenance allows you to maintain the products that are linked together. The parent product or department displayed in the maintenance screen title bar may be linked to one or more products. On GoPOS, linked items are automatically included as part of the transaction when the parent item is sold. The order that the linked items appear in the list will determine the order that GoPOS will process each linked item.

Product Search |

Enter the product name you wish to find. The product list will be filtered as you type each character to allow you to quickly find a product. Delete the entered text to display all products. |

Product List |

All defined products will be listed. Clicking on a column header will sort the rows either in ascending or descending order, A small arrow at the top of the column will point up for ascending or down for descending order. Placing the mouse cursor between two column headings will display a double headed arrow allowing you click and drag the column separator to resize the columns. Resizing the columns in the product list will also resize the corresponding column in the linked items list. Double clicking on an item row, will add the item to the linked items list. The row will be inserted after the currently selected item in the linked items list or at the end of the list if there is no selected item. |

Linked Items List |

All items linked to the parent product displayed in the title bar will be listed. The order that the linked items appear in the list will determine the order that GoPOS will process each linked item. Items may be moved up or down in the list by selecting the row and clicking on the Move Up or Move Down button. Items may be removed by selecting the item and clicking on the Remove button or by double clicking on the row in the linked items list. Items may be added to the list by selecting the item in the product list and clicking on the Add button or by double clicking on the row in the product list. |

Add Item |

Click on this button to add the selected item in the product list to the linked items list. The row will be inserted after the currently selected item in the linked items list or at the end of the list if there is no selected item. |

Move Up |
|
|
Click on this button to move the selected product in the linked items list up one row. This button will be disabled if you do not have a product selected in the linked items list or the selected item is already at the top of the list. |
|
Move Down |
|
|
Click on this button to move the selected product in the linked items list down one row. This button will be disabled if you do not have a product selected in the linked items list or the selected item is already at the bottom of the list. |
