Maximum Image Size

Enter the maximum image size allowed on GoPOS. By increasing the image size (maximum 250 x 250), the speed of program transmission to and from GoPOS will be greatly reduced. Each image linked to a key is also stored in the GoPOS memory further reducing the speed and responsiveness of the GoPOS application. It is recommended that the size be reduced as much as possible without affecting the image resolution.   

Select All

Clicking on the upper left corner of the grid will select all images. To select multiple contiguous rows, select the first row then press down the SHIFT key on your keyboard and while the SHIFT key is pressed, select the last row in your range. To select multiple rows that are not contiguous, select the first row then press down the CTRL key on your keyboard and while the the CTRL key is pressed, select each subsequent rows that you want to include in the selection. Once you are done selecting all your rows, you can release the CTRL key. Selected rows may be deleted using the Delete key.

Item Row Maintenance

Right clicking on any of the row numbers will display a pop-up menu that will allow you Delete or Insert a row. Rows may also be deleted or inserted by using the delete or insert buttons in the buttons area.

Caption

Displays the selected image file name. Max 25 characters.

Width

Image width. Max 250 pixels. Display only.

Height

Image width. Max 250 pixels. Display only.

Graphic Image

Displays the currently selected image.

Close

Click on this button to close the window without selecting a new image. If any changes have been made to the library, you will be prompted to save the changes before closing the window. Double clicking on any of the rows or directly on the image, will add the chosen image to the key and close the Graphic Library Maintenance window.

Delete

Click on this button to delete the selected image or images from the Graphic Library. If a single image has been selected, all references to the image must be removed before you are allowed to delete the row. If multiple or all rows have been selected, a message will warn you that all references to the deleted images will be lost when the changes are saved.

Insert

Click on the Insert button to insert a graphic image using the "Open" file dialogue. Select the file or files you want to include in the library and click on the Open button. If a valid file was selected (BMP, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PNG), the image will be displayed in the layout area. Click on the Cancel button to cancel the import and close the "Open" file dialogue.
