Backup

The backup function will perform a data and program backup directly to the SD card installed in your APOS. Pressing on this command will display a "Backup started" message indicating that the backup has been initiated.

 

 

If you do not have a valid SD card in your APOS, or the SD card is corrupt, you will receive and error message.

 

 

If you do have a valid SD card in your APOS, you will receive a "Backup performed successfully" message.

 

 

If you have a valid Optima SD card and are still receiving an error message please ensure that it is properly seated and installed. You may verify this through the Android Device Settings.

Please contact Optima Support (possupport@optimagopos.ca) for all other Backup errors or if you do not have a valid SD card installed on your APOS.
